Daisy

  She is generally very calm and affectionate, although sometimes she seems to get scared and will withdraw and seek a safe place to curl up.  She doesn't mind handling or being picked up but as she is still adjusting and still a bit nervous, she cowers with loud and sudden noises and fast movements.

She does love her food and especially treats.  She does well on walks and on the leash and enjoys being outside.  She is house-trained. She interacts calmly with other dogs and also cats. She is gradually starting to play with other dogs after being in the foster home for a few weeks. She would be ok in a home with other dogs who were not too forward, but an ideal situation would be with one person or family as she really is looking for lots of human attention, comfort, and cuddling.  She is fine with dog-savvy children of all ages.  Can you help Daisy fill the gap in her life?
